Random thoughts

I wanted to say “Thanks” to everyone who participated in chat during the SP and LP these past two days. It was great and it will be memorable in the future. Speaking from a Yuna fan base, it reminded me of Worlds 2011 when we were anticipating Yuna’s comeback. The anticipation of her new costume and her new programs have become a rewarding experience. Hoping it is the same for you guys too. I hope most of you guys got to sleep and rest enough now it’s over..ie.. Jing, Yunaworld and Donald. Gosh, losing sleep for Yuna is the best I guess cos I usually want to sleep in during the weekend, lazy me. Now things have settle down a bit, we can take time to digest Yuna’s two wonderful programs.

I wonder if Yuna fans who have gone MIA know she is competing again? Maybe they’ve turned silent lurker? oh well…hope that her comeback brought joy to them. I can’t believe it is only 24 days left for the Korean nationals. This time I think we can relax a bit knowing what is expected in the two programs and enjoy it best we can. I look forward to different angles of Yuna’s program although the cameras at NRW is good, I think maybe it’s the rink size and aesthetics of the rink and all that I can’t have enough yet. Nonetheless, March is going to be around the corner, so there’s no rush on that. Also, have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance to everyone!

I took a small trip this weekend and didn’t have any computer access (horrors!). Found out the results of NRW first thing Monday – talk about a nice way to start the week! I don’t really have any friends who are into this – I get funny looks for the most part. So it’s so nice to experience and share it with ATY. Many thanks to all for pics, vids, and thoughts.

Awww Seano, so glad that you were able to find the results. There’s going to be many times for us to experience it again in the near future.

Personally, I’ll suffocate and pass out if I know that I will not have computer access during any of Yuna’s competition. My elders have arrands for me to run during the LP but I made all kinds of reasons to cover it. Felt so terrible but a white lie won’t hurt. This is the second time I witnessed Yuna compete (Worlds 2011 and NRW) and it has become a joy. The Olympics don’t count since I was a relaxed commoner like a sponge in water. On the day of the SP from NRW, I woke up feeling my heart beating at my face and not in the normal location lol!!! This is the fate of a Yuna fan I guess and I am loving it…hehehe…hark!
