The movie was released around late September 2011.
Home Alone 2, it’s been very very old one. I remember watching it around 20 years ago, seriously.
Yes it’s around 19 years. Still a very funny movie and a classic. My favorite part is where Kevin plays the TV in his hotel room when the hotel crews tries to come and catch him. It was the scene where he turned on the TV of this very old classic movie and the hotel crew all froze..blah blah…

I watched Puss in Boots a couple of days ago, since I’m a fan of animated movies as well.
It’s pretty good, I would definitely recommend watching it. A character like this definitely deserves a movie on its own. The story actually made some sense, even though I would prefer something different, but well, it’s ok. One thing that was outstanding in this movie, is the soundtrack. Just check out this, for example: http://grooveshark.com/s/The+Puss+Suite/4hqk41?src=5If you will watch it, it will be great if you’ll share your impressions.

Last week, I re-watched some movies, including The Warrior’s Way, The Hangover, The Santa Clause, Pearl Harbor, Home Alone 2, and some other movies…what a boring winter.
lol, it’s indeed a boring winter… Sorry

Lol don’t be sorry Daniel. Other than a boring winter, I guess it’s just that this year is a bit different cause snow is late here in my part of the world that’s all. Usually we’d have some snow by now. I hate snow but it’s weird if we don’t get any before x-mas. It’s getting real cold so I bet we’ll get some any day now.

James Barnes: This isn’t a back alley, Steve. It’s a war!
Steve Rogers: I know it’s a war. You don’t have to tell me. There are men laying down their lives. I got no right to do any less than them. That’s what you don’t understand. This isn’t about me.—-
Steve Rogers: Can I ask you a question?
Dr. Abraham Erskine: Just one?
Steve Rogers: Why me?
Dr. Abraham Erskine: I suppose that is the only question that matters… The serum was not ready. But more important, the man. The serum amplifies everything that is inside. So, good becomes great. Bad becomes worse. This is why you were chosen. Because a strong man, who has known power all his life, will lose respect for that power. But a weak man knows the value of strength. And knows compassion.
Steve Rogers: Thanks. I think.
Dr. Abraham Erskine: Whatever happens tomorrow, you must promise me one thing. That you will stay who you are. Not a perfect soldier, but a good man.January 2, 2012 at 10:41 pm #19963I am going to write about “Puss in Boots”.. Warning: there will be few spoilers in the middle^^.

It’s pretty good, I would definitely recommend watching it. A character like this definitely deserves a movie on its own. The story actually made some sense, even though I would prefer something different, but well, it’s ok.lol the movie is amusing in the way it shows the sensible things here. Only a few of them:
~ the kitty brings swords, such a lover, a good dancer, but hey no matter how kitten loves milk.
~ the given name “Puss” itself actually made sense. Well, at least the kitten in my country will only respond if I call them with “puss”. I call them “meow”, and they won’t come to me.
~ research has proved it that even plant needs some positive words in order to grow beautifully. The movie has it here. lolAlthough there are also parts that made me frown a bit, for instance: afaik, kitten will never be a faithful one, it only comes to you if you have food. But in the movie, Puss loves its Mama so much. Imo the plot isn’t convincing enough to tell how come the kitten loves its Mama that much in spite of trying to show Puss as a heroic character. But well, that’s still okay for me.
Other than that, I actually like the Jack and the magic bean part. It is a plus for me because I love reading and watching fairytale (hahaha..). Well, can’t say that the tale blended naturally but I still find the way the movie tweaked the tale interesting.
One thing that was outstanding in this movie, is the soundtrack. Just check out this, for example: http://grooveshark.com/s/The+Puss+Suite/4hqk41?src=5
If you will watch it, it will be great if you’ll share your impressions.I definitely love the OST. I watched it for second time just for the sake of it. The rhythm is clean, neat, and strong. The dynamic makes the castanets’ sound very intriguing. And also love the chord progression here. Just love it. lol the kitty even does the good handclapping.
Watching this movie you couldn’t help but remember of “Zorro” in most scene (even towards the end it has the same scene where Puss rides the horse lol.. ), but the OST for “Puss in Boots” is better. It is a good thing that they choose to develop the music in this movie. Would recommend this movie to those who like flamenco, it is played there throughout the movie. Well, the music is replayed, but it is a great one in terms of how they put it in the background.Overall, the movie is quite hilarious and I have a good time watching it!

Well, they clearly humanize the animal characters, so I wasn’t expecting something different. It could be, but it was clear that this guy was supposed to be extremely loyal to his friends and family, so for me it was really ok. I think this was shown in Shrek movies as well.

Hehehe, I think I will try to watch it later. Friends told me it was cool. ^^
Actually, I just came back home from watching “Spy Kids: All the Time in the World”. Had so many kids sitting around in the moviehouse. About the movie, very recommended for kids ( lol, of course, it is kids’ movie. ). Will share about it more later. ^^January 6, 2012 at 11:34 pm #20112Lately we used to go to the moviehouse and tried to choose the movie randomly. And today we did the same. lol. So, at the end we chose spy kids..

I saw Jessica Alba’s name, kinda reminded me of “Fantastic Four” and thought her appearance will be helpful for me to enjoy the watch. At the end, the coolest scene wasn’t come from her part though, it was from the kids. Understandable, since it is spy Kids. kk.. The kids are doing great job with many amusing scenes, and I like especially the boy. And the dog spiced up the humors.
Of all the scenes, the coolest one was where the kids were being chased by the bad guys, they have the chasing scene both on the ground and the air; some cool new gadgets were shown here. Not many things I can share about it. It is not going to be fun to be told, gotta watch it, unless I want to share some spoiler. kkk..The movie has baby shown there too, but over all the baby was there only to help Alba’s role and to help the movie to have a flowed intro and ending.
Besides, the movie is provided in 4D – Aroma Scope, but not that fun for me (guess I already grown up hahar..). It was very fun for the kids though. Will recommend this movie for the kids, most possible they will love it.
